Can I order a single item?
Yes, we take orders from just 1 piece.
What will the final price be?
The price depends on quantity, print method and how complex the design is. Message us — we will give you an exact quote.
What if I only have a picture?
No problem! Our designers will help prepare the file and adapt it for printing.
What file do you need for printing?
Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or high-resolution raster images (300 dpi and up) work best. If you only have a regular picture, we will help improve it.
Can I order different sizes?
Yes, you can mix any sizes and styles within one order.
How long does production take?
Usually 1 to 3 working days after the mock-up is approved and paid for. Timing depends on quantity and complexity.
How many colours can embroidery have?
Up to 8 colours per design. We match the best thread shades from our palette to reproduce your artwork accurately.
Can I see samples in person?
Yes, come visit our showroom in Almaty! We will show you fabric samples and print options and help you choose.
How can I pay?
By QR code, by a Kaspi invoice sent to your phone number, by card, or by bank transfer for companies. Production starts after payment.
Can you print on my own clothes?
Yes, we can print or embroider on your items as long as the fabric suits the chosen method.
How durable is the print?
It depends on the method:Direct-to-garment (DTG): on white it fades by 5–7% after the first wash; on black it keeps its colour.DTF and flex films: keep colours bright but may crack over time with heavy wear.Embroidery: the most durable option, lasts for years.With proper care, any print survives 30–50+ washes.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! The larger the order, the lower the price per item. Special wholesale prices apply from 10, 50 and 100+ pieces.
How do I get my order?
Pick it up in Almaty or have it delivered by courier anywhere in Kazakhstan.
